I paid for Pro membership today.however my pro account is not activated. I had taken 1 month membership. And also the app asks for login everytime I access the account or support page even though I am logged in

I paid for 1 month subscription but my pro account is not active. My zerodha account is already connected with tickertape. Whenever I use zerodha, it asks me to unlock pro. Pathetic service.

My subscription amount for pro membership was deducted on 14th September 2023 but I still haven't been able to avail of the pro benefits. Assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
