Unable to see/track my digital gold investment?

Hi I am unable to see or track my digital gold investments which I have made through the ticker tape app since last night. It’s still not visible. What’s the issue ??

Same issue for me: it says 'something went wrong.' I raised a ticket, but this feels like a scam because there's been no communication about this issue. Suddenly, this error happens, and there's no assurance that it won't happen again in the future. The lack of professionalism is alarming—no customer service number, no chat support, and no follow-up emails. This is unacceptable.

There might be a technical glitch. I had read the fine print and they have partnered with safegold, and insured and secured by Brinks. It says “Brink’s has a comprehensive, global insurance policy that includes the insurance cover on your gold stored in their vaults. Over and above that, SafeGold has an insurance policy to cover gold in transit”

Update, they provided me with deposit details, and I have now fully received my amount. It did took 6 days, but have now received the amount. Their support team is actually good, it’s just that there’s no option to connect them on call, & they mostly reply back late. So it takes multiple days to post your query. So things didn’t look good as an investor. Hopefully everyone had received their money.

Yes they have been shameless now. Last had contact on 30th aug through mail. Same thing, will get the money in 1 business day, they said. Now it’s 3 Sept today. Already 10 days since the withdrawal made.

My gold investment is not showing in my portfolio. I have invested 5000 in gold .I am facing problem with tickertape. There's no body to respond.
My digital gold investments dissapeared from the portfolio this morning,as i mailed the issue to the support team,I received a mail assuring that the issue will be resolved. But now, it started reflecting in my portfolio,but as I tried withdrawing it ,It dissapeared again,seems fishy
