While paying for your Tickertape Pro subscription, if you see that the money has been deducted from your bank account, but your subscription hasn't been activated yet, this is most likely because the payment hasn't been auto-captured.

In such a case, you will have to write to the support team at support@tickertape.in to manually capture your payment and upgrade you to Pro. If the payment isn't captured within 5 days, your money will automatically be refunded.
