While paying for your Tickertape Pro subscription, if you see that the money has been deducted from your bank account, but your subscription hasn't been activated yet, this is most likely due to one of the two reasons -

  1. You might get logged out after switching from a basic to Pro account (taking the pro membership), please check if you are logged in to Tickertape using your registered email. You simply need to login again to see the changes. If you see the "Login" icon on bottom left corner of the app, it means you are not logged in to Tickertape.
  2. The payment might not be auto-captured, in this scenario we'll have to manually capture the payment from the payment gateway. Please write to us at support@tickertape.in with your registered email address and we shall definitely help you with this.
