If you have sold smallcases either fully or partially, directly through your broker account then it will not correctly reflect in your Tickertape portfolio. This happens since direct transactions made on smallcases through your broker account may not be updated in your smallcase holdings.
This results in incorrect numbers being reflected when you sync your portfolio in Tickertape. To solve this, we will need to manually remove the sold out smallcases/stocks from your portfolio.
You just need to fill out a form with all relevant details and we will take care of it from there.
