A. First-Time Users (your very first fund transfer)

When you add funds for the first time, we help you set up everything needed for a smooth and compliant transfer.Your bank details are already filled in. During onboarding, you linked and verified your Indian bank account. So when you start your first fund transfer, your bank details are shown in a masked format. You do not have to type anything again.

Your profile is securely created We share your basic details (name, PAN, address, phone, email, and bank information) with ViewTrade and GlomoPay – our licensed partner who handles the INR → USD transfer. This is required only once.

  1. Enter the amount and get a live USD quote: You enter how much INR you want to add. We then fetch a live FX quote that is locked for 30 mins. You can also check how many USD you'll receive. You can review everything before continuing.
  2. Your order is created: Once you confirm, an order is created with GlomoPay, and we get a secure order ID for your payment.
  3. You will be redirected to the GlomoPay payment screen, where you complete:
    • - OTP verification
    • Consent and terms
    • Bank authentication (2FA). For 2FA, you can choose Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card, depending on what your bank supports.
  4. Upload ITR if your bank requires it - If your linked bank account is less than 1 year old, your bank may ask for your ITR for compliance. If it is required, GlomoPay will prompt you to upload it inside the payment screen.
  5. Track your transfer and confirmation: After you complete the payment, you get a receipt and can track your transaction in your Fund History section

Your USE wallet updates automatically as soon as funds are confirmed



B. Returning Users (from your second transfer onwards)

Once you’ve added funds for the first time, the future process becomes even smoother.

  • You simply type how much INR you want to transfer. 
  • A fresh FX quote is shown instantly
  • You are taken directly to GlomoPay screen
