Tickertape Pro membership is mapped against an email address which should be used to login to Tickertape for accessing Pro features.
1 - The first step would be to check if you are logged in using the registered email address/broker ID. Please visit this article on how to check if you have Pro enabled on your registered email.
2- You might be logged out of your account while making the payment for a pro plan or inactivity over a long period of time. You need to log in again to access the Pro features. Please visit this article to know more about different login methods
3- If you have redeemed your referral points via zerodha and your account is yet not on PRO. Please refer to this article on zerodha points redemption.
