Broker account not supported : Tickertape

I have an demat account in Icici Direct but if I try to connect my portfolio it's showing as broker not supported.

Hi Chithra,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, our platform is currently not compatible to fetch holdings from this broker since there is no API supporting this feature yet. However, our team is working on having this feature included in the platform shortly and you will be able to monitor all your holdings from Tickertape.

We'll update you as soon as it's available.

I am not able to connect my HDFC security account with Ticker tap. The Link from Ticker tap to connect broker site is taking through HDFFC small cap login page and not the HDFC security login page.

The broker account shows error, it says that it's linked with different ticker account. I am unable to find it. Please help me with the same.

I am not able to add ICICI Direct, I saw this 6 months old post. Looks like tickertape has not yet fixed this issue. My issue is also - if it does not work why are you having this option in your app to fool your customers?

They do not care !! ICICIDirect already has an api to give these details !! IF they wanted to, they would have done so by now !!
