Unable to refresh Mutual fund portfolio

RESPECTED TICKER TAPE TEAM,

I AM UNABLE TO REFRESH OR UPDATE OUR PORTFOLIO SINCE LAST 13 DAYS.

ERROR SHOWS DURING REFRESH 

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND  INFORM ME.

Mutual fund NAV not getting updated on daily basis, please resolve the issue.otherwise there is no use continuing the membership if issue is not resolved.

My SBI MF nav not updated as on date where it's update in bank app
Dear Team, I am unable to view the daily updates of my mutual fund accounts linked to Tickertape. It seems the auto-refreshing feature is not working as expected. Could you kindly look into this issue and help resolve it? Thank you for your support. Regards, Himanshu
I am an NRI customer and my Zerodha account is only connected to my international number. My Mutual Fund portfolio is not getting updated for quite some months now and when I try to refresh the portfolio, I’m being asked to enter my PAN and mobile numbers. There, I’m not able to enter my Swedish mobile number, the country code is always defaulted to +91 and I’m not able to change it. If this is the case, what is the point of me paying for a “pro” subscription, I don’t understand. Please help asap. Thanks!! Regards Krishna Sistla

Same issue. How come the issue is there for so many days and not addressed yet? 

Sad that this is the service even after being a Premium member.

Looks like ticket tape is closing as no one is looking into issues and Mutual fund NAV not getting updated for last few days. Very Bad situaltion.
