This error popped up because of the following reasons-
1. Looks like you have entered the correct combination of PAN & mobile with which you have any MF investment.
2. If you use multiple mobile numbers, please try entering them.
3. It seems like your mutual fund investments were made via a broker platform that stores mutual funds in demat form (with depositories). Unfortunately, in some cases, the investment details are not captured properly by AMCs and RTAs, which makes it hard to track mutual funds outside of the broker's platform. We are still working on enabling import for such cases and will inform you once it is available for use. To make the demat MF investment visible outside the investment platform, reach out to your MF AMC(s), or respective RTA (KFin, CAMS) to register your phone number against your MF folios held in demat form. Your broker might also help you with the next steps in getting your phone number linked.
