sold my digi gold 4-5 days ago and still not have received my money in bank

i have sold my digi gold 4-5 days ago and money has still not been credited

I have sold 2gm gold n 53 gm silver on 6 october till now i have not received the amount in my bank , neither the customer support is receiving call not giving reply of msgs. What to do pls suggest

I sold the gold before 3 days still now I didn't receive Amount.
Did anyone who faced this issue can confirm whether or not they recieved thier payment? I sold my gold yesterday still money not credited in my account.
