I cannot sell my gold which i bought 3- 4 days ago and there is no sellable gold shown when i proceed to withdraw however i have my investments in gold shown on the previous screen

I cannot sell gold I tried it shows cannot withdraw error on mobile 

And on laptop shows IFSC code wrong even though it's right it seems you scammed me 

I think I going to sue them in consumer court

Well they deposited after 2 days actually they have made a mistake they have wrote on withdraw button that (it will be deposited under 2 days that's the mistake)they should make it bold so we can read it or change place
