Still have problems with certain average prices on stock positions

I still have a major problem with a particular stock position in my portfolio. I have never seen IRFC trading at a price < 96, which is what Tickertape assumes my average price is by default. This is despite me being able to sync my broker's portfolio and rectifying it at times. But when I check after 2 hours, it reverts back to the wrong average price, and skews all the information completely. Please fix this, otherwise refund me the yearly subscription I've paid, because your app and website were functional last year, and are surprisingly bad this year.
