I sold gold value of 960 but didn't receive amount in my account..

Facing same issue. Payment not yet reflected. It's been about 3 days.

Hi did any one get their money after selling gold...... And do any one have a way to connect them or to their customer care support

Mine got reflected after 4-5 days. Sent 2/3 mails to their customer service and woila, received the money back.

I sold gold of 1030 but not received money in bank account. What a genuine scam Tickertape is.
